According to an article from Delaware Online, a one-vehicle crash early on the morning of February 11, 2009, resulted in injuries for a Delaware man. Maryland State Police officials say that Matthew Paret, 36, of the Camden-Wyoming area was traveling eastbound on Sudlersville Road when he lost control of his Honda automobile about 10 miles west of Cheswold.
Around 1:30 in the morning, police and paramedics were called to investigate an auto accident in Maryland near the intersection of Sudlersville and Anderson Corner Roads. They found Paret’s grey Honda overturned in a ditch. Paret’s condition is not known, but his injuries were severe enough to warrant a medical evacuation by air to Baltimore Shock Trauma for treatment. Officials have not yet determined what caused Paret to lose control of his car, roll several times, and end up overturned in the ditch.
