A VERY DIFFERENT ATTORNEY BLOG
I’ve decided that my blog is not going to resemble the typical attorney blog.
Not that there is anything wrong with lawyer blogs. A good attorney blog informs and educates people about important legal issues that affect their lives.
Individuals need to know what to do if they are rear-ended by an uninsured driver or what happens next if their worker’s compensation benefits are terminated. Good legal blogs cover these matters to the benefit of the reader.
I fully intend to educate and inform in this blog. Unlike some other blogs, there will be very little to no legal theory being discussed here. If you’re looking for that, go read the New York Times editorial page. No, the legal information on this blog will be all “meat and potatoes”…helpful information to assist people who are dealing with a legal matter that involves an injury. That’s why they call me “The Injury Lawyer“.
But I also intend for this blog to be a little different.
I have been a practicing attorney for nearly 20 years and have handled close to 10,000 cases. That’s alot of clients. I have been so fortunate to have developed so many fruitful relationships in that time. I’d like to introduce you to some of the folks I’ve befriended along the way. Everyone loves a story and I think you’ll enjoy reading about the lives of these people.
I also plan to post compliments AND criticisms from clients. The goal at this firm is to constantly improve our product. I believe that in order to get better at what we do we must openly discuss what we do right and what we do wrong. I welcome your comments.
Finally, I also plan to occassionally sprinkle in posts about music,sports (I am an Oriole and Ravens FANATIC),politics,entertainment,etc. These topics are not legal related but I believe will be of interest to you.
Hopefully, you’ll be educated AND enriched by what you find on this blog.
