“The Injury Lawyer”, Steven Heisler

“HOW MUCH EASIER WOULD YOUR LIFE BE IF YOU RECEIVED A MONTHLY SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CHECK???”

An open letter to all individuals not able to work due to sickness, disability, disease, or injury.

Dear Friend,

Hi, my name is Steven Heisler, “The Injury Lawyer”. I’ve been helping disabled people since 1988. It truly pains me knowing that there are hundreds, possibly thousands of hardworking, decent people in Maryland who can’t pay their bills because a crippling sickness, disability, disease, or injury has left them not able to work.

The lack of a weekly paycheck is devastating to the disabled person and his/her family.

How devastating?

  • Eviction or foreclosure letters wait at the mailbox.
  • Turnoff notices from the telephone and gas and electric companies appear every several weeks.
  • Every month the family car has to be parked across town to avoid the “repo” man.

What makes me even sadder is to know that these people do not have to suffer unnecessarily.

Many disabled people not able to work are eligible or monthly Social Security Disability payments… but the tragedy is that they don’t know it!!!

Contact me IMMEDIATELY and I’ll provide you with VALUABLE information to help you determine if you are entitled to a monthly Social Security Disability check.

Wouldn’t it be nice to go to the mailbox and actually find a check from Uncle Sam instead of a turnoff notice!!!

Call me at 1-877-228-HURT toll free and I’ll also reveal to you the Inside Secrets the Social Security Administration doesn’t want you to know.

Here are just a few “secrets” I’m eager to share with you…

Did you know that:

  • Your chances of getting benefits dramatically increase if you are over fifty (50) years of age. The Social Security law has a section known as the “Grids”. Benefits are granted if a claimant’s age, education, skill level and exertion level (ability to perform sedentary, light, medium, or heavy work) meets the grid requirement. A claimant’s chances of meeting the grid requirements and getting benefits significantly increase once he/she reaches the age of 50.
For example, a 42 year old with a high school education who is unskilled (laborer, housekeeper), is not qualified to perform a job that involves skilled work who can perform sedentary work only (lift no more than 10-20 pounds and sit for more than two hours in an 8 hour work day, etc) would not, ordinarily, qualify for benefits.
But if that same claimant were 50 or older, HE OR SHE WOULD BE AWARDED BENEFITS!! This is known as “gridding out”.
  • Don’t have a high school degree? Your lack of education actually HELPS, not hurts your ability to get benefits.
  • Did you know that your case doesn’t end if you are denied at the first or second stage? All applicants are entitled to a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge if they are initially turned down. And the majority of all claimants are granted benefits at the hearing level, or third stage. That’s right, many applicants never have their case heard before a Social Security Judge because they fail to file an appeal after being denied benefits. And that’s the saddest part of it all. Had they just filed their appeal within the required time period (60 days from date of denial at the second stage) their case would be heard before a Social Security Judge and the likelihood of getting benefits would SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE!!

So as you can see, there is loads of information that’s available to you to better help you evaluate your Social Security Disability claim. And I DESPERATELY want to give you this information!!

The Information I Want You To Have Can Very Well Be What It Takes To Get You On The U.S. Government Payroll!!!!

But I can’t deliver the information to you unless you pick up the phone and call me IMMEDIATELY TOLLFREE at 1-877-228-HURT!!

Ok, you’re ready to pick up the phone and make the call that could literally change your life but you have questions…

If I call am I obligated to pay you?

No. Your phone call, which is TOLL FREE, is a no risk, no obligation call. There is no charge and I will gladly answer any and all questions you have- no time limits!!! Also, I’m not like most stuffy lawyers. Talking to me is like talking to a friend.

If I decide to retain you to help me get my Social Security benefits, what will it cost me?

There is no cost to you unless I am successful in getting you your benefits and you are not responsible for any expenses advanced on your behalf if benefits are not obtained. If I succeed in obtaining your benefits my fee is 25% of any past due benefits owed to you, or $4000.00, whichever is less.

If I retain you, can you guarantee that I will get benefits?

Absolutely not. The information I give to you is meant to educate you about the Social Security Disability process and help you determine whether you are eligible for benefits. It is in no way a guarantee that you will get benefits. Obviously, whether you receive benefits will heavily depend on the merits of your case.
