Insurance Company Claiming You Don’t Need A Lawyer?

YOU’VE BEEN INJURED IN AN ACCIDENT. THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS TELLING YOU, YOU DON’T NEED A LAWYER AND HAS MADE YOU AN OFFER TO SETTLE.

IF YOU’RE CONFUSED AND NOT SURE WHAT TO DO, CALL ME NOW ON MY CELLPHONE (443) 854-2471!!!

YES, THAT’S RIGHT, CALL ME ON MY CELLPHONE. I’M THAT PASSIONATE ABOUT MAKING SURE YOU MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.

IF YOU DON’T NEED A LAWYER, I’LL TELL YOU TO TAKE THE MONEY!
IF I THINK YOU CAN DO BETTER WITH AN ATTORNEY, I’LL TELL YOU SO, AND TELL YOU WHY!!

Here’s something to consider when deciding whether to hire a lawyer for your accident. The number one advantage to having an attorney is, it gives you LEVERAGE. By that I mean, without a lawyer you have no power or leverage to get the maximum amount of money that your case deserves.

WHY?

Because the insurance company knows that you are not a lawyer and it is lawyers that take insurance companies to court when they don’t like what the insurance company is offering.

So, if you don’t have a lawyer, what are you going to do if you don’t like what the insurance company is offering you?

Take the case to court??? No disrespect, but good luck. Most individuals don’t have the time or the specialized knowledge to present their case before a judge or jury.

The insurance company knows that the vast majority of people injured in an accident are in no position to take their case to court on their own. That’s why you will NEVER get the insurer’s best offer unless you lawyer up.
