Josh Wolberg
Josh Wolberg is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing individuals injured by the negligence of others. He is driven by a simple principle: when powerful corporations and insurance companies put profits over people, someone has to hold them accountable. Josh takes pride in standing up to well-funded defendants and ensuring his clients’ stories are heard. Josh represents individuals injured in medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and general negligence cases.
Josh earned his B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University in 2018 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2021.
Before law school, Josh’s work consistently centered on advocacy. He interned with the Colorado Office of the Public Defender and worked as a Direct Support Provider for individuals with mental and physical disabilities—experiences that shaped his commitment to representing those who need a voice. In law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert N. McDonald at Maryland’s highest court and later clerked at the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler.
After graduating, Josh practiced in North Carolina, where he represented injured clients in both District and Superior Court. He later returned to Maryland, where he has handled cases nationwide involving medical malpractice, product liability, and general negligence, before returning to work at the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler.
Josh is licensed to practice in Maryland, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C., and has been admitted pro hac vice in nine states. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar, the D.C. Bar, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
Outside the courtroom, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordyn, their daughter, Sawyer, and their three dogs, Reggie, Layla, and Willow.
