Miyah Kureishy
Miyah Kureishy is an attorney with the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler, where she focuses her practice exclusively on representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Miyah earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Penn State Dickinson Law, graduating in the top 15% of her class. During law school, she distinguished herself academically, earning CALI Awards for achieving the highest grade in both Advanced Torts and Law and Artificial Intelligence. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
Before joining the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler, Miyah gained significant litigation experience managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Miyah also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Victor P. Stabile of the Pennsylvania Superior Court for two summers. During her time with the Court, she conducted extensive legal research in both civil and criminal matters, prepared legal memoranda, assisted the Court in preparing oral arguments, and earned the opportunity to draft judicial opinions.
As a Pakistani American and first-generation law graduate, Miyah understands the importance of having an advocate who listens, communicates clearly, and takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances. She brings that perspective to her personal injury practice, combining compassionate client advocacy with a determined approach to holding negligent parties and insurance companies accountable.
Miyah is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
